Ensuring the continuity of our customers’ activities in the event of a disaster is the aim of Rcube Professional Services with the installation of two BCP (Business Continuity Plan) rooms and a third dedicated to longer term disasters.


These three alternative work zones allow the continuity of your employees’ essential activities in response to unpredictable events such as natural hazards or infrastructure failures. These areas also comply with legal requirements and are fully equipped to ensure the continuity of your company’s activities.

In concrete terms, these BCP rooms are equipped with laptops (with or without additional screens) to meet the demand for nomadism of many customers. In addition, physical or VoIP telephones and multifunction colour printers are installed. A total of 40 workstations are currently directly available, each equipped with high-speed Internet access. In addition, in order to ensure maximum comfort for the occupants, these workspaces are accompanied by a kitchenette and a meeting room located nearby.

We can accommodate different companies simultaneously thanks to the implementation of exclusion zones. In addition, it is also possible to offer you solutions where we only provide IT systems without premises.
Regarding its location, the backup site is located outside the city center with easy access by motorway and public transport. It is also provided with reserved parking.
