Description of the needs
Are you dynamic by character and do you like to solve problems of all kinds? Are you motivated by the challenge, the reactivity and are you not afraid of anything? Then don’t wait any longer, we have what you need!
As part of a team, you will be responsible for solving our clients’ technical and IT problems. They will be of all types: password reset, server crashes or general network problems, … You will be spoilt for choice!
Our priority? Satisfying our customers while ensuring the development of the team’s skills. There’s no better way than to learn on the ground in contact with customers.
Do you prefer the preventive and curative approach on site? No problem, we need you too! Our maintenance team, which is responsible for the maintenance and support of more than 60 customers on site, is looking for new colleagues.
Here you will be responsible for one to five clients per week, maintaining and upgrading the infrastructure in line with our clients’ needs. The aim is to advise them on possible improvements so that the installed systems are always aligned with the customer’s business needs. This will involve all areas of IT in the broadest sense of the term (hardware, licensing, infrastructure, software, etc.)
